MWNA TID Program
This program identifies talented umpires who have great potential in their skills. Umpires are first identified by their convenor and nominated and chosen from selectors to the program. These umpires are required to do regular games at a quality level, where they receive mentoring from the MWNA Umpires Committee and other MWNA Representative Umpires and Mentors. This program is a pathway to receiving National Umpiring Badges and umpiring at representative and higher levels.
